Project Notes

Oceana Philippines Inc. is an international organization that focuses to protect and restore the oceans on a global scale. The organization is conducting scientific studies and measurements of the marine ecosystems, provides training and support to local areas, and performing campaigns to improve awareness of every individual in taking care of their ocean.

As an organization that focuses on balance and preservation, the overall approach of the design is to integrate both ideas to the existing space by utilizing its advantages and features that can be incorporated in the design. This method will introduce the least amount of materials needed to build and perform the function required for each space. Applying different light to medium shades of colors and bright lighting environment can also induce positivity and energy. Lighting automation, solar reduction film and properly located inverter airconditers were also included to use the least amount of energy in running the office.
